Ted O'Shay has been wowing the dance scene with his blend of uplifting and filthy trance since 2002. His career has seen him playing all around the UK catering for venues of all sizes alongside some of the top DJ's in the world. He has also embarked on promoting 3 independent nights "Rubbish 'N' Bollox", "Tranzition" and more recently "The Dog's Balearics" - which saw the event streaming live from the venue via the website to approximately 5000 visitors a night. Ted O'Shay has also played a range of festivals with the most notable of them being WillFields (to approximately 500 people) and Gloucestershire Pride (to approximately 2000 people), with bigger festivals in the pipe-line. Ted O'Shay also produces his own tracks, which gives him a deeper understanding to the music styles and journey he embarks on as part of his sets. Each set is tailored to the night, taking clubbers on a journey through some of the hardest, darkest, bass-driven filthy trance there is on the planet. However, Ted O'Shay also DJ's electro and funky house. 2013 see's Ted O'Shay travelling to Ibiza during the summer to play Judgement Sundays and embark on a new night, so worldwide bookings available throughout the year.

Heralded as one of the pioneers of bringing dirty underground trance back into to the city night-life at a time when commercial clubs were playing inoffensive, unchallenging please-all styles of music, Ted O'Shay has come on leaps and bounds since the early days. Inspired by a Night run by Cream in Liverpool, the dream to bring the style of music where no limits apply, where people can be as free as they want to be and bringing a festival atmosphere into the commercial scene was born.

Producer
Ted O'Shay has been producing trance tracks since 2002 with the biggest successes coming since 2007. With tracks being played world-wide by some of the top DJ's, Ted's productions are well received where-ever they are played. Ted's Biggest tracks to date are "I Shot Calvin" (featured on a game hosted by Facebook), a remix for Igness' "Sonar" (supported by DJ's including Paul Van Dyk), "Frenzy" (The theme to the night The Dog's Balearics), Hefty (supported world-wide by Christopher Lawrence and hitting number 4 on the TrackItDown charts) and most recently "'#Choon!" which reached number 1 on the TrackItDown charts and featured on trance.fm a couple of times. Ted is also embarking on vocal trance projects, releasing a track called "Music For The Night People" later on in 2013 with Ed Payne.

Ted has also been commissioned for high profile remixes, including Petey James, Laura Brown, DJ Mash-Up and most notably for Ignes' track "Sonar" - which was supported around the world by Paul Van Dyk, Armin Van Burren and John O'Callaghan.

DJ
Debuting at a small club night to 50 people in 2002, times have changed since deciding to DJ. Playing alongside a whole host of known DJs and creating a dance outfit called The Deck Whores (a group of local DJs collaborating to help with the challenge of bringing trance back into a world lead by RnB) establishing Tranzition - filling a void that was left many years ago when the urban train came to town. Ted then went on to develop this night in to The Dog's Balearics and took it on tour, seeing packed out venues enjoying the Ibiza vibe. Ted continues to play for crowds of many sizes. The goal is not to stop until he has played Global Gathering, CreamFields and completed his residency in ibiza - and by then, there will be new challenges and goals to achieve!

Fidget Factory Records
Established in 2007 alongside Tranzition as a platform to promote Ted's productions, Fidget Factory is the independent record label set up designed to provide the nastiest and filthiest side of dance music to the world. The label continues to grow year on year, with new signings also seeing the spotlight.
